Hi All

Havent seen this anywhere else on the forum so thought I'd post it here:

Tolerated food is food you can have starting from the Cruise phase.
You are allowed two of the items per day. e.g custard and cocoa powder. You cannot then go an have laughing cow etc on top

Fat free fruit yogurts (with bits) 1

Plain soya yogurt 1

Corn Flour 20g

3% fat cream (double or single) 30g (1 tbs)

1 coffee spoon of sugar free low fat cocoa powder (no more than 20% fat)

Wine (red/white) for cooking 3 tbs

Spiced Goat sausage 50g

Poultry sausage 100g

Soya milk (glass) 15cl

7% fat cheese 30g - I still havent found this and WW cheese is vile and 10%

Rhubarb (cooked) 100g

Oil 3 drops (3g)

Gaspacho (not home made) one glass

Soy sauce 1 tsp

Extra light Philidelphia 30g - I ignore this one and tend to have what I need for the day lol.

Light cheese like laughing cow 30g

Custard Powder as "Bird" 1 table spoon per day with sweetener and skimmed milk

Extra Oat Bran during Attack 1 & 1/2 tbs

Extra Oat Bran during Cruise 2 tbs

Extra Oat Bran during Consolidation 2 tbs

I don't think it would be 2 of each of these but only 2 of any of these ?? I will have to have a read of the book to check. I have rhubarb most days. YUM! :D

It is not in the book 9to5, you are alllowed either 2 of any item or 2 different items i.e. 2 tolerated items per day.

Mary Linseed (flax) is not a tolerated as it is too fatty for this diet (so says the coaches). My thoughts are that if you use it (always grind to get best benefit) in small amounts and have no stalling then it is probably OK for you. A bit of trial and error maybe.

Thank you Lorraine!
I've really hit the wall, no loss in just about three weeks, looks like I'm going to have to make a few weeks and ditch the flaxseed!
Thanks for your reply :P

Any idea why the tolerated item list is not in the book? I know it exists as have seen it on the dukan site but wondered why it was not in the book.
Tracey
