This makes a great breakfast alternative - so tasty! If the loaf is cut into 10 slices, you can have 2 slices a day. The nutella recipe is 1 serving (which includes 1 serving of cocoa powder as a daily tolerated).
Oat Bran Bread Loaf:
10 tbsp oat bran
10tbsp wheat bran
8 tbsp skimmed milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 packets quickfast dried yeast
1 tbsp fat free yoghurt
4 tbsp fat free fromage frais
5 tbsp warm water
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees celcius (let eggs, fromage frais & yoghurt come to room temperature before using)
In first bowl, mix yeast, eggs, water, yoghurt & fromage frais and whisk.
Mix all dry ingredients in larger bowl
Combine both bowls
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 10 minutes
Reduce to 180 degrees and bake for a further 10 minutes until brown.
(if you leave batter to rise for 30 minutes before baking it makes the bread fluffier).

3 tbsp sweetener
a little water
1 tsp cocoa
Mix all ingredients together.
